Meet The Manager
Josh
Josh has been with Basil since 2018 and has worked his way up to his current position as Manager at our Tonbridge café. He oversees daily operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining high-quality standards, and welcoming customers.
With a passion for hospitality, Josh knows how to delight customers from crafting the perfect hot drink to preparing our delectable dishes. He says the best thing about his job is making a customer’s day with a flavoursome coffee and a delicious gooey brownie.
In his spare time Josh loves going to the gym and he is at his happiest catching some surf down at the beaches in Cornwall.
