CAFÉ MANAGER – SEVENOAKS
A rare opportunity has arisen for a professional, experienced café manager at our prestigious wholefood’s café in Sevenoaks.
We are very proud of our Sevenoaks café and the Basil team in Bank Street and are therefore seeking an applicant who is passionate about wholefoods, exemplary customer service and the desire to keep the café as the ‘best in town’ and go to destination.
Basil is an independent, family-run professional hospitality business, committed to producing a high-quality wholefoods menu range from scratch for our customers from our centralised production kitchen in Tunbridge Wells.
Innovation and customer service are key to our business ethos while encouraging a work environment where our staff not only care for our customers, but each other too.
Our café managers are part of an elite management team overseeing the day-to-day running of our cafes – providing high standards of customer care, food presentation and staff training while complying and upholding health and safety, and food safety regulations.
All our cafes and production kitchen hold the maximum 5-star rating.
Key Attributes
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a busy restaurant environment
- Ability to create a positive working environment and inspire your team
- Desire to look after our customers providing high standards of food presentation
